Your theft report will be forwarded to every ORA member yard manager and to all of our related scrap purchasers.
The ORA supports Senate Bill 1856 and the State Legislature's efforts to curb theft and keep the citizens of Oklahoma safe.

Oklahoma Recyclers Association member yards employ state of the art surveillance systems that record every aspect of the scrap transaction from the beginning to end.
ORA Surveillance Records:
The vehicle's entry on to the ORA member yard property
Gathering and recording proof of ownership and personal identification documents:
- Notarized Bill of Sale or Title
- Valid Driver’s License or State Issued I.D.
- Make and Model of the Vehicle
- Vehicle Tag Number
Unloading and inspection of materials to be purchased
Sellers signing necessary documentation and receiving payment for material
Vehicle exit from ORA member yard property
ORA member yards make this information available to all law enforcement agencies and provide digital images to the proper authorities for prosecution purposes.
